I attended St. Augustine school myself from kindergarten to eighth grade. I graduated from Oakland University and have been teaching here for eleven years. I enjoy reading and doing outside activities like going to the beach and camping with my family!
December 2nd-December 5th
Letter Time/Phonics: We will be learning about the letter F and its sound. We will continue on blending sounds together to read words and review sight words. TK will review letters and their sound and rhyming words.
Kindergarten Reading: We will be learning about neighbors and neighborhoods . Our letter is D and our sight word is do.
Math: We will learn to copy a pattern, compare the weight of two objects on a balance scale, and learn about a standard of measurement for weight. TK will also learn about measuring weight using a balance scale and comparing weights of various objects.
Religion: We will continue to learn about Advent and that God gave us our senses to enjoy his creations.
