I attended St. Augustine school myself from kindergarten to eighth grade. I graduated from Oakland University and have been teaching here for eleven years. I enjoy reading and doing outside activities like going to the beach and camping with my family!
March 9th- March 11th
Letter Time/Phonics: We will be learning about the letter Y and its sound. We will continue to work on the k,c spelling rule, unblending words to read and spell them, as well as sight words.
Kindergarten Reading: We will be learning about different types of movement. Our sight words are here and me. Our letters are J and QU. TK will learn about words in the -an word family.
Math: We will learn about acting out some, some, more word stories, identifying and counting nickel, and addition problems. TK will learn about different ways to solve addition word problems.
Religion: We will be learning about how our families help us learn about God.
