Religion

Students started Chapter 4 titled, Our Conscience, Our Guide. In this chapter they will learn that our conscience works before, during, and after we make decisions. They will gather ways and ideas to form their conscience since forming our conscience is always a work in progress. 

We hope to make a booklet that can guide us while praying the rosary.

Students continue to have great discussions about the book Dear Mr. Henshaw by Beverly Cleary. Students will begin section 6 of the book which are pages 104-134. They will be given time to read and complete their assigned roles. When they complete the book they will complete a book report. In doing so, they will practice writing a summary, describe how the character changed from the begining of the story to the end of the story.

Grammar test on 10/28.

In Science students use different items to make a chain reaction machine. In doing so they are storing and transferring energy.

Students take a gallery walk around the classroom to observe clues and identify some of the physical features of the United States.

Using tools to write their names in cuneiform.
