Mrs. Rex grew up in Andover, MA. She graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI with a BA in Elementary Education and Special Education.  She received her Master's Degree from Salem State College in School Counseling. Mrs. Rex grew up attending St. Augustine School, and has been back teaching since 1987! 

Mrs. Rex lives in Andover, MA with her husband. Her oldest daughter, Kristina (St. A's '07), is recently married and is a news reporter for CBS in Boston, MA. Her middle daughter, Katie (St. A's '11) is a Pre-K teacher in the Wakefield Public School System, and her youngest son, Johnny (St. A's '13) is working in finance & trading in NYC. 

Fun fact: Mrs. Rex's husband is also a teacher in the Andover Public School System. He teaches Physical Education at the Bancroft School and coaches at Phillips Academy. He and Mrs. Rex met and got married when they were both young teachers at St. A's!

Fun fact #2: Mrs. Rex's dad was a graduate of St. Augustine's School in 1953.
