Thurs. 9/2
Message for parents: Please sign your child's agenda book daily when it comes home with them to let me know that you saw all of their written down homework, reminders, and/or notes. Any homework, reminders, and notes will be written down in their agenda books daily and I want to make sure you are kept in the loop with updates on these things.
Please make sure to sign off every night in the agenda book rather than signing your signature for the entire week ahead of time in the agenda book. This helps prevent miscommunication on assignment due dates, homework, and upcoming events as homework and reminders change daily for the students. It also reassures me that you saw what your child wrote as the homework for each night so that way we're on the same page.

Vocab: Unit 1 Antonyms Quiz Tuesday, 11/4. Study highlighted and written antonyms for the 10 words that are on vocab pages 9 and 10 in the Stay in School side of red folder please.
Social Studies: Students were given back their vocabulary review sheets to use to study the vocabulary. They are stapled to their Chapter 1 Study guides which are in the stay in school side of their everyday folders.
Chapter 1 Test Tuesday, 11/4. Re-read the chapter and use the study guide to know what to study. We've reviewed the chapter in class many times as well. Please study a little every night to best prepare for the vocab quiz and test.
