Check In:

Welcome to our home in the beautiful Terra Verde Resort!

• You will need to show your reservation information to the guard at the front gate to enter the resort.

• You have access to the resort amenities from the first day of your arrival date, even prior to your check in time.

• Check in time is 4 pm

• Upon arrival, if the clubhouse is open please check in at the front desk. They will ask for a $10 fully refundable deposit to obtain a gate key which will allow you to bypass the gate attendant for the duration of your stay. If you arrive outside of clubhouse times (after 9 PM), please check in the following morning (after 8 AM).

• There are 2 waste receptacles in the kitchen - one for garbage and one for recycling.  Waste  in closed bags can be disposed of IN the bench/bin outside the front door or the dumpsters are located one townhome over (as you are facing the out from the front stoop). There are fines imposed by the resort for loose trash left on the front stoop. Any fines will be the responsibility of the renter and will be taken from the security deposit. We have no interest in dealing with fines and I'm sure you don't either so please manage your trash appropriately!

•  We are dedicated to our guests having a safe and comfortable stay at our home, especially for our youngest guests. Please let us know if you have safety concerns on the property. Please keep the hot tub covered at all times when not in use and keep the patio slider closed if you are staying with small children. 

• Damages - we love our home and hope you will too.  We are often adjusting and updating our property to make it more pleasant for all. Please care for it while you are here and leave it in the condition you found it. We don't want to charge for damages any more than guests want to pay for them. Unreported damages (our property manager and cleaners complete an inspection following every departure) will result in loss of the full security deposit so please just let us know if something has happened! • Use cork hot plates for hot items cooked in the kitchen. DO NOT PLACE HOT POTS/PANS on the quartz countertop. Quartz doesn't like heat :)

• Pool hours are 9 am to 9 pm.  The Tiki Bar opens at noon and accepts cash or credit. The have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as small meals such as pizza, hot dogs, nachos, etc.  The Clubhouse will exchange an ID for sporting goods such as basketballs, ping pong paddles, etc.

Check out:

• Check out is at 10 AM prompt to allow for turnover prior to the next guests. The cleaners may be standing outside waiting for you! : )

• Putting used linens and towels in the laundry room is appreciated.

• If using the Pack n Play and/or high chair, please be kind to the next set of parents and wipe these down after using them.

• Please return the gate card to the front desk. If you are leaving outside of clubhouse hours, you will want to return the card the night before you leave.  Otherwise, you will have provided the Terra Verde resort with a $10 donation. 

• If you used the pack and play, please remove the sheet and place it on one of the other beds to be laundered. If you are able to fold it up and return it to the closet prior to departure it would be appreciated.
