General Information:
The hot tub is to be used at the renters risk, owners are not responsible for any bodily harm that results from usage of the hot tub.
The hot tub is not kept on between guests, and will take two or more hours to heat up to its maximum temperature of 98 degrees F / 37 degrees Celsius. When heating and between uses, keep the cover on to retain heat and maintain safety.
Keep food and drink out of the hot tub.Â
Always monitor children when using the hot tub.
Obey rules posted on sign above hot tub.
Maximum hot tub occupancy 6 guests. Minimum recommended age 6 years or older.
Children under 12 must have adult supervision. Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems, and people using alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use the spa without first consulting a doctor. (Florida statute 64E-9.008(7))
Operation:
The light switch for the hot tub lights is on the exterior wall by the slider door.
Behind the black gate at the rear of the patio is a green control box for the hot tub. There is a heat control dial and the on-switch. Switch to on, and heed the heat levels on the panel.
On the hot tub control panel at the front of the hot tub, push the left button to activate the pump and spa bubbles.
Allow to heat for 2+ hours to reach maximum temperature with the cover on to reduce heat loss and maintain safety.
Turn off the pump and bubbles between uses and overnight, and keep the cover on the hot tub to reduce heat loss and maintain safety.
