Manufacturing (raw materials, milling, assembly)
Management of raw materials and commercial components. High precision mechanical milling by our 5-axis machining centers. Mechanical assembly. Dimensional report of the mould and functional testing of all mechanical components.
Dimensional Report
Mould Thermoforming tests by our single station thermoforming machines, both through fast tests (10 pieces) and small production series (200-300 pieces), including perimetral cutting and dimensional report (3D Scan).
Delivery and Commissioning
Dispatch coordination (air, land or sea transportation) along with all the logistic operations involved with the equipment delivery at our clients’ premises. Coordination of the equipment commissioning and start-up by our qualified engineers.
