Many careers are regulated by DORA.  So, what is DORA?

The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) licenses and regulates more than 50 professions and occupations, as well as insurance, real estate, banking/financial and utility services in Colorado. As the state’s regulatory department, DORA is committed to ensuring that businesses thrive in an environment that protects consumers. The nearly 600 employees are dedicated to preserving the integrity of the marketplace and promoting a fair and competitive business environment throughout Colorado.
