“I struggled a lot trying to find a job, since English is not my first language. I went to a resource fair and met Lupita, with Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD). Together, we tailored my resume for a position I wanted at UCHealth. I was so excited when UC Health emailed me for an interview! Lupita was crucial in supporting me throughout the application and pre employment process… I am now employed full-time at UC Health.” - Claudia, UC Health
