There's a new way to manage IT support.

ServiceHub is replacing Service Desk Manager to manage all IT requests to OIT. Follow the steps below to log in or view this guide for instructions. 

1. Use ServiceHub to work support tickets.
   
   

2. Update your Bookmark: 

   • New URL: https://servicehub.colorado.gov/
     
     

3. To view old Service Desk tickets, use the following URL:

   • https://oitservicedesk2.state.co.us:8443/CAisd/pdmweb.exe
