Expanded HHVBP Model Web-Based Training: Changes to the Applicable Measure Set Beginning in CY 2025

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is offering a web-based training course that provides an overview of changes to the expanded Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) Model applicable measure set for calendar year (CY) 2025 based on the Home Health (HH) CY 2024 Prospective Payment System (PPS) final rule. The course includes an overview of the changes to the expanded HHVBP Model applicable measure set categories, reflecting removed and added quality measures. A review of measure specifications and updated measure weighting is also provided.
