During the 1/1/24 refresh for the hha_asmt_fed table, an error was encountered. This has resulted in the data being unavailable for the entire table for assessment_iqies. The CCSQ D&A Team is actively investigating the issue with the iQIES Data Owner and is working to deliver the remaining data as quickly as possible. A communication will be sent out once the data is available.

As of January 1, 2024, the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) functionality has been enabled in iQIES for the Hospice provider type. The IDR process for Hospice is referenced in the 2024 Home Health Prospective Payment System Final Rule, which mirrors the established HHA IDR functionality. The iQIES Survey & Certification User Manual will be updated within 8 weeks of this message.
