New PASRR Vendor and System Training Series
HCPF is excited to announce we have partnered with a new PASRR vendor, Maximus. Beginning July 1, 2025, Maximus will be replacing Telligen. To help ensure a smooth transition, please note the following training opportunities. These trainings are directed to Case Management Agencies (CMAs), Hospital Case Managers and discharge planners, nursing facilities (anyone in their facility who works with PASRR), and anyone who is doing PASRR as part of their responsibilities.
Each training session will have the same training content, so it is only necessary to sign up for one training per content area, although you are welcome to attend multiple sessions. All training sessions will be recorded and available to view through the PASRR program page.
These training sessions are also located on the OCL Stakeholder Engagement Page. You may view them there and copy them to your calendar.

After July 1, 2025, nursing facilities will no longer be able to access Telligen's Qualitrac system, and any requests for documentation could take up to 10 business days to complete.
Before July 1st, please make sure you have the entire "PASRR packet" for all of your residents. This would include:
LV1 outcome letter and any supporting documentation,
LV2 evaluation (if needed), and
LV2 Notice of Determination (NOD) if needed.
