Effective 3/10/2022, the QSO Infection Control was updated with:

• Replaced the term “vaccinated” with “Up-to-date with all recommended COVID-19 vaccine doses” and deleted the term “unvaccinated"; and

• Updated the recommendations for testing individuals within 90 days after recovering from COVID-19

Long-term Care Facilities: Quality Measure Rating Threshold Changes

"With the April Care Compare refresh, CMS will increase long-term care facility quality measure thresholds by 50% of the average rate of improvement. We’ll also release a new Five-Star Quality Rating System Technical Users Guide."
