I want to extend a heartfelt 'Thank you' to each one of you for your patience during the federal shutdown, especially for the individuals who reached out to me with a question or request, and I had to turn you away without providing any assistance. I am forever thankful for your understanding. Now that things are returning to 'normal', I still ask for your patience as I work through all of the emails and requests. I hope to be caught up soon.
