Health workers have faced unprecedented mental health challenges since the pandemic, from burnout to emotional exhaustion. To support their recovery, the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment launched CO-CARES — an initiative providing free tools, resources, and advice to boost employee well-being and resilience in healthcare and public health organizations. With a focus on rural and underserved areas, CO-CARES offers access to the Health Links Workplace Mental Health Module.
(Are you a Colorado-based healthcare or public health organization? Through CO CARES, your organization can participate in the Health Links program at no charge! Fill out this interest form to learn more.)
