Panacea Life Sciences is a vertically integrated hemp grower, extractor and manufacturer of cannabinoid hemp products. What sets us apart from other hemp-based companies is our commitment to quality, unleashing the full health potential of the industrial hemp plant, and to advancing our scientific and medical understanding of cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids. With the relocation of headquarters to Golden, CO, we have expanded our extraction and manufacturing capabilities to produce over 30 purposefully formulated products at a scale needed to meet ongoing consumer demand. The past year has been one of transformation for Panacea as we expanded over ten fold into our Golden headquarters and acquired our hemp growing farm located in Crawford Colorado.

One of the founding pillars of our company is to enable environmental sustainability. We have been proactive to work with both the Colorado's Department of Agrigulture and Department of Public Health and Environment to not only ensure compliance but to establish communication on how we can improve operations as well as how we can minimize our environmental impact.

Responsible Energy & Greenhouse Gas Reduction

• • Each aspect of the business from seed to shelf will be evaluated on how we can reduce energy consumption and reduce our VOC emissions and hazardous waste.

  • Replacing fluorescent lighting in the facility with LED lighting.

  • Transitioned to CO2 extraction and recycle 95% of our C02 which has reduced our major solvent usage.

Waste Minimization & Diversion

• • One of the largest areas we will be exploring is how we can complete the farming ecosystem by converting our processed hemp biomass waste into soil nutrients for the farm.

  • Our marketing group is working to start replacing product packaging with materials that are able to be recycled or are made from material that composts in 6 months. We anticipate that complete replacement of packaging will carry into 2022.
