Snooze is a breakfast and lunch experience that serves tasty and responsible food with a fun twist.

At Snooze, we believe serving breakfast should serve a higher purpose. We work tirelessly every single day on being a champion of sustainability and giving back to our communities. Restaurants can be wasteful at times. But, like everything else, we strive to do things a bit differently. Because the planet and our communities deserve more than just breakfast as usual. We say it's Breakfast But Different - Different in the sense of how we source our food with responsible, ethical, thought and care, from how we treat and support our Snoozers, how we give back to our communities and take care of Mother Earth.

We focus on ethical sourcing of food and materials through seeking like-minded producers and changing our menu seasonally. We’re always challenging ourselves to create a better world by composting, recycling and using our resources responsibly

Waste Minimization & Diversion

• • Eliminated use of plastic straws and reverting to paper straws upon request.

  • Diverted 30% of waste to landfill through installation of a biodigestor for compost waste.

  • Diverted 90% of landfill waste through composting and recycling.

Corporate Social Responsibility

• • One percent of sales from each Snooze makes its way back into the local community through the donation of in-kind goods (A.K.A. pancakes!) and services.

  • Held bike to work initiatives, garden initiatives, fundraising for food access and education, and collaborated with partners on implementing sustainable programs.
