Denver Zoo is a Zoo-based conservation organization, with a mission of Inspiring Communities to Save Wildlife for Future Generations. At our home nestled in City Park, we take great care of over 3,000 wild animals and see about 2,000,000 visitors each year. Our conservation work does not end on our beautiful campus, but extends through the globe through our Field Conservation efforts. Together, we envision a world where wildlife thrives. At Denver Zoo our goal is to operate in the most environmentally, socially and economically friendly manner possible. We are taking positive action to secure a healthy planet for both animals and humans.
