Waste Minimization & Diversion

• • Reduced hazardous waste through implementation of a new re-categorization process.

  • Reduced e-waste through refurbish and resale.

  • Annual Recycling Collection Event held in July 2020 collected 6.6 tons of e-waste, 3 tons of paper, and 3 tons of latex paint. All collected materials were responsibly recycled.

Corporate Social Responsibility

• • Employees contributed more than 38,000 volunteer hours.

  • Held a recycling fair for employees.

  • Donated $5 million in charitable donations in partnership with The Ball Foundation, as well as in-kind product donations for disaster relief, employee donations and the corporate match.
