2024 CDOT CM/GC Project Outreach Event
January 18, 2024
CDOT hosted a small and diverse business outreach event to inform attendees about the how the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method work and how and when CM's engage subcontractors on these types of projects. The event highlighted six large-scale CDOT CM/GC projects that are currently in process and will move into construction over the next two years.
