Do Business With CDOT

CDOT’s Emerging Small Business (ESB) Mentor-Protégé program is open to teams of two firms who are ready to take on two years of intensive business development work. Teams self-pair (CDOT does not match firms but will facilitate networking opportunities) and apply to the program with proposed goals for their tenure. They then spend the next two calendar years collaborating to provide the ESB with the tools needed to be a successful CDOT contractor or consultant, and the Mentor with those needed to be a high-quality industry partner for small businesses.
