Kip Curphy has over 30-years experience in heavy construction and is an expert in contracting with CDOT, as well as, other local municipalities, special districts, and developers along Colorado's Front Range. The majority of his experience was as a Prime Contractor and CEO, responsible for upper-level hiring, layoffs, compensation packages, organizational structure, job descriptions, contracts, bonding, insurance acquisition, negotiations, dispute resolution, litigation, bid selection and assignment, and risk assessment. 

Kip also managed systems of accountability for all estimators, project managers, supervisors, and directors to ensure that budgets, schedules, safety, and quality controls were on par. Throughout his career, Kip implemented strategies to provide his clients and contracting agencies a quality product on time, while staying within budget and maintaining safety for the public and his employees.
