For projects where the operator was never registered with ECMC, and there are no bonds or other sureties available, the "Operator Name and Number" is designated as UNKNOWN - 1 , UNKNOWN - 4 , ENERGY & CARBON MANAGEMENT COMMISSION - 5 , or OLD OPERATORS - STATUS UNKNOWN - 99999.
"Sureties Claimed" is the amount received for project work through a bond claim, if any.
" Not Available (historic project)" is listed for certain projects where work was performed prior to State Fiscal Year 2009-10.
