Notes for the Project List Table:
For projects where the operator was never registered with ECMC, and there are no bonds or other sureties available, the "Operator Name and Number" is designated as UNKNOWN - 1 , UNKNOWN - 4 , ENERGY & CARBON MANAGEMENT COMMISSION - 5 , or OLD OPERATORS - STATUS UNKNOWN - 99999.
"Total Sureties" is the amount received for project work through a bond claim, if any.
Financial data entry for historical projects before FY2009-10 is ongoing. Therefore, some older projects with an "In Progress" or a "Completed" Project status may be missing dollars spent in the Total Spending to Date column.
