Federal performance reporting for workforce related federal & state programs and grants;
Data & metric tracking systems for Workforce Development Programs and the Employment & Training (E&T) division and the statewide workforce system
Serves as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for:
WIOA program & grant technical guidance;
Technical policy translation;
Puts into effect federal & state technical governance as it applies to E&T workforce programs;
Performs oversight, administration, and training to staff to assist them in becoming proficient on tracking and reporting E&T program & grant case management and labor exchange participants through the Colorado state E&T software and database systems;
Leads, collaborates and facilitates technology automation projects for E&T;
Designs, maintains, develops, and supports various websites and database systems.
Provides support and training to staff on the functionality, structure, and technical aspects of using new or existing E&T technology and software used by the various agencies/units working in workforce programs.

Provides technical support for workforce centers on Connecting Colorado and manages other MIS projects as assigned.

Premier Virtual (site/system): coordinates & supports (Local) Workforce Center sponsored Employer & Business Events for Job Seekers
Eligible Training Providers List (ETPL): assists & serves as a liaison between the Department of Education, the Software Vendor & the Colleges & Schools that use the ETPL site - system.
