Welcome to Pre-K 4! We are so excited to welcome you to our class family.

Our goal is to teach to the whole child – mind, heart and hands - in a trusting Catholic environment where children grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. The main focus of our room is to prepare your child for their kindergarten year. We will nurture a warm, caring environment that develops self-esteem and a positive attitude towards learning where our students can grow and develop.

We’re on the move as we begin our Transportation unit! Over the next two weeks, we’ll explore the many ways people travel by land, air, and sea through stories, art, science, math, and lots of hands-on fun! We’ll build, create, and investigate different vehicles while learning how transportation helps us in our everyday lives. In Religion, we’ll learn about the Bible as God’s special book and the stories and teachings it shares with us. We’ll also join our Pre-K 3 friends to celebrate United Nations Day, learning about different countries, cultures, and the importance of peace, kindness, and unity. Through our Catholic faith, we’ll explore solidarity and how God calls us to love and care for one another!

Next, we’ll be slithering, crawling, and snapping our way into our Reptiles unit!
