Details: Get an inside look at StarHarvest, a 19,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art USDA-certified processing facility dedicated to serving local organic and regenerative farmers and ranchers.

Since opening in May 2024, StarHarvest has been processing both pigs and cattle, strengthening local food systems and helping regional producers bring high-quality, ethically raised meat directly from farm to fork. The facility includes a kill floor, fabrication floor, value-added processing (VAP), cold storage, and freezers, providing full transparency and traceability through every step.

StarHarvest proudly holds Organic and Regenerative certifications and continues to expand its certifications to meet the diverse needs of partner farms — empowering them to achieve the labels that reflect their values.

During this guided tour, you’ll see firsthand how StarHarvest is building critical infrastructure for regenerative agriculture and shaping the future of sustainable meat production.
