For three generations, our family has lived by a foundational truth: Healthy land produces healthy food, and healthy food supports healthy lives.
We’ve always believed that real change happens when we grow together. That is why we are so excited to officially announce the StarWalker Organic Farms Regenerative Education Program.
Whether you’re a parent looking to inspire your kids or an adult eager to deepen your own connection to the land, we’ve designed a hybrid learning experience that brings the farm to you—anywhere in the world.
What to Expect
Programs for All Ages: Tailored tracks for K–2nd, 3rd–5th, 6th–8th, 9th-12th, and adults.
Hybrid Learning: Live virtual sessions plus immersive farm exploration days.
The 5 Pillars: Deep dives into soil health, biodiversity, animal welfare, food as medicine and stewardship.
We aren't just raising livestock; we're growing the next generation of stewards.
CORE PILLARS
Every program within the StarWalker Organic Farms Education Platform is focused on five significant principles. These pillars guide what we teach and who we are becoming as stewards of the land.
Soil Is the Foundation:
Discover the living ecosystem that feeds the world.
Nature as a Partner:
Learn how we restore biodiversity and build resilience
Role of Animals:
See how rotational grazing and respectful animal care heals the land.
Food as Medicine:
Understand the link between soil health and your well-being.
Stewardship:
Take on the responsibility of protecting our Earth for tomorrow.
LEARNING BY AGE GROUP
Our programs are designed for different stages of learning.
K–2nd Grade: Play & Sensory Discovery
3rd–5th Grade: Inquiry & Exploration
6th–8th Grade: Systems Thinking & Advocacy
9th–12th Grade: Strategy & Leadership
Adults: Wisdom & Applied Practice
K–2nd Grade: The Wonder Phase.
(Sensory discovery and story-based learning).
Young learners build a lifelong connection to soil, food, and nature through touch, movement, observation, and story. At this stage, children develop wonder, empathy for living systems, and an early understanding that caring for the Earth is part of caring for themselves.
3rd–5th Grade: The Explorer Phase.
(Inquiry and hands-on systems thinking).
Students begin to see how regenerative systems work together. Through hands-on learning and guided inquiry, they grow into thoughtful observers of the natural world, understanding that their choices impact soil health, ecosystems, and community wellbeing.
6th–8th Grade: The Systems Phase.
(Critical science and real-world problem-solving).
Learners strengthen their analytical thinking while exploring regenerative agriculture, ecology, and food systems. They begin developing the confidence to question conventional models and recognize themselves as emerging stewards and problem-solvers.
9th–12th Grade: The Leader Phase.
(Strategic leadership and vocational exploration).
High schoolers move from understanding to action, focusing on strategic leadership and vocational paths. Students explore the intersection of environmental health and career, gaining the tools to be vocal leaders in the global regenerative movement.
Adult Community: The Practitioner Phase.
(Applied wisdom and informed decision-making).
Participants bridge the gap between knowledge and daily application. This track provides practical insights into food systems and health, empowering adults to make informed household decisions, lead with awareness, and contribute to a resilient local food web.
