Established in 2020, Start Your Team Enterprises (SYTE) created a group of freelancers to support clients and be the face of their start-ups regarding after-sales customer service. Initially operated with a 15-man team, we have increased our employee count to 100+, and still growing.


SYTE has handled different types of businesses with varying support roles. This includes customer service, tech support, sales, billing, retention, leads generation, outbound calls, email support, and social media management. We have established a solid client base through business scaling and word of mouth from satisfied business owners.


Our team consists of freelancers with a strong background in the BPO industry working in the comfort of their homes. Before we qualify each professional, they have to undergo a series of qualification checks and profiling to ensure they meet the company standards! Basic requirements include hardware and software compatibilities, backup power + internet connection, verbal and written communication exams, and schedule availability.


SYTE supports varying timezone, full-time or part-time support, and is open to a new niche for a successful partnership.
