Application Process

Step 1

Get Kerala Startup Mission Unique ID for you startup

Step 2

Apply through https://startupmission.kerala.gov.in/login/uid online. Use Apply for Physical Incubation option. Select Kerala Technology Innovation Zone - Kochi as location

Step 3

First round application evaluation by KSUM Team

Step 4

Expert Committee Evaluation

Step 5

Space allotment and onboarding

(This process may take 15 to 30 days from the date of application to onboarding)

Charges for occupying Facility

We charge per seat basis for the facility. Meeting room and Conference Room may charge extra as per the usage

1. Co-working space - INR 2500 per month per seat

2. Closed dedicated office - INR 3300 per month per seat

Note: Closed space not available now)

Important Points

1. Dedicated office space will be provided subject to availability

2. This space cannot be used for your company legal registration.

3. IT services company or Consulting firms couldn’t be considered as per policy

4. 2 month charges should be paid advance
