Design the 2D, 3D model in any CAD software like Solidworks, AutoCAD etc

- Import the design file (2D model in DXF and 3D model in STL format ) into Vcarve pro.
- Pay close attention to Feed, Speed, and Depth of cut. These are the main parameters which influence the cut.
- Set tool path and machine parameters and export as SBP file.

- Turn on the machine and attach proper end mill, and fix the material firmly onto the bed with screws.
- Move the Tool arbor using the control panel and set the origin on 3-Axes .
- Load the SBP file, and start cutting.

- Remove the pieces from table and deburr it.
