Escrow

The Crowdfunding Regulation rules require StartEngine to use an independent escrow bank or trust company to hold the investor funds until such time the minimum goal and at least 21 days have passed from the launch date of the campaign.

To set up your escrow account:

1. Review the escrow agreement
2. Email hello@startengine.com to request electronic signature agreements.
