Meet is a video conferencing app. The app allows students to join pre-scheduled meetings from Google Calendar events, choose a link, enter meeting code and even dial in from their phones if the invitation includes a phone number.

Google Classroom: classroom.google.com
A blended learning platform that integrates Google Suite to allow teachers to assign and collect work from students. Classroom creates a paperless environment and saves time providing a way for teachers and students to easily communicate and stay organized. Parents/Guardians can get email summaries about the work going on in Google Classroom by requesting one from their teachers.

Student's have access to their own email & it is called Gmail. They ONLY have the ability to communicate with teachers and not each other or outside email addresses. This ensures that the app is used for school purposes only. Notifications from Calendar, Classroom, & other G Suite (Google) apps appear in Gmail.

Google Calendar: calendar.google.com
Online calendar that integrates with Google Classroom to help students to be aware of assignments and/or appointments. Google Calendar also connects to Hangouts Meet where meeting links are stored for students to find.
Google Drive: drive.google.com
Cloud storage for all file types including images, videos and audio files. Students have unlimited storage and can access their files from any device, anywhere they have an internet connection.

Google Slides: slides.google.com
Presentation tool that allows students to collaborate together on the same presentation and easily add images, videos and graphics to tell a story. Students can choose from templates or create their own slide format.
Google Docs: docs.google.com
Word processing tool to allow students to create and edit text and paragraphs. Students can collaborate on the same document and teachers can easily provide feedback while students are working.

Google Sheets: sheets.google.com
Spreadsheet tool for analysing, visualizing and charting data. Similar to the other G Suite tools, students can easily share and collaborate in real-time. Sheets can also be connected to Google Forms to look at data gathered in a Form survey and organize it in a productive & professional way.
Google Sites: sites.google.com
Collaborative webpage creation tool for publishing to a real-life audience. Students use Sites to build professional looking collections of work in a porfolio style format.

Google Forms: forms.google.com
Google Forms is a tool that allows collecting information from users via a personalized survey or quiz. The information is then collected and automatically connected to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is populated with the survey and quiz responses.
Google Chrome: chrome.google.com
Google Chrome is a cross-platform web browser developed by Google. It was first released in 2008 for Microsoft Windows, and was later ported to Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android. The browser is also the main component of Chrome OS, where it serves as the platform for web apps. It is the only web browser on a Chromebook. Students can sign into Chrome and save bookmarks, extensions, & favorites when on other devices like Mac & Windows devices.
