We understand that this trip is very costly.  We have a very limited amount of funds available to provide partial financial assistance to families who demonstrate need.  If you would like to request supplemental funds please complete the online application and short writing response. We cannot guarantee funds. All applicants will be notified either way by Friday October 24th via the email you provided on the form.  You must respond to the email link in order accept or decline your offer. This will allow families to make final decisions and financially plan before the registration deadline on November 13, 2026.

**Regardless of monies awarded you will be required to register and provide the $250 deposit by November 13, 2026 .  Any award will be taken off of the balance due in March.
