My goal is to create a safe environment where all children can academically excel. Therefore, behavior will be dealt with & modified in 3 ways: whole class, individually & school wide (PBIS: Positive Behavioral Interventions Support). My classroom behavior system will follow the structure of the game BINGO. Children will be recognized for their positive behavior by placing his/her name/number on an empty space on the BINGO board. Once the BINGO board is full, a chip will be pulled. The chip pulled will receive a small, special reward.

Finally, our school has a PBIS system that recognizes students by rewarding them with a Golden Ticket. Students are celebrated each month during a school wide assembly.
