As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma specialist, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families navigating life's complexities, including difficult family dynamics, chronic illness, identity formation, and the experience of having a family member with more involved needs. My work centers on cultivating safety, rebuilding trust in oneself, and forstering empowerment - grounded in a mindset that affirms & supports neurodiversity.
I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where kids and teens can connect with others who truly "get it" - because sometimes the most healing thing is knowing you're not alone. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and creative/expressive therapies - using art, movement, and other experiential techniques that resonate with children and adolescents in ways traditional talk therapy can't always reach.

I have dedicated my professional work to supporting and empowering individuals, including those who are neurodivergent, to meet their full potential at school, at home and in the larger world. The therapy space is one in which a client, regardless of age or challenge, should feel respected, understood and validated.
I help clients explore and become more aware of their inner worlds, including their emotions, triggers, thought patterns and current coping strategies (effective and ineffective). From there, I can encourage them to discover more personally beneficial ways to cope, remain calm when life is difficult and build and maintain healthy relationships.
