Sustainability is central to who we are
At Eldora Dynamics, sustainability isn’t just a talking point—it’s built into our products and operations. Our impact in numbers:
Each modern 1.76 MW wind turbine equipped with our blades can prevent approximately 3,300 metric tons of CO₂ emissions per year by replacing fossil-fueled generation. With hundreds of our blades in service, the cumulative climate benefit is immense. (For perspective, wind energy globally helped avoid 342 million tons of CO₂ in 2020 equivalent to taking 80% of Europe’s cars off the road.)
Over 85% of a wind turbine’s total mass is recyclable today. We are pushing this even further – our latest blade designs use advanced recyclable composites (like thermoplastic resin systems) to move toward 100% recyclable blades. This aligns with the wind industry’s drive for zero-waste turbines, ensuring old blades are repurposed instead of landfilled.
Our manufacturing facilities adhere to ISO 14001-certified environmental management, minimizing waste and using renewable energy wherever possible. We continually invest in R&D to reduce material usage and improve blade lifespan, so that each blade generates more energy over its life relative to the resources used to make it.
Sustainability is central to who we are. From cutting CO₂ emissions to championing a circular economy for blade materials, we measure success not just in profit but in green outcomes.
