We have created a structured, yearlong plan to help school-based mentors with their novice teachers.  There will be bi-weekly, TESS-aligned mentor meetings.  You can lead your novice 1:1 or in a small group session.  We hope these mentoring minutes provide reflection, collaboration, and growth.
