Fourth grade conducted an experiment, where, using their engineering skiils, they constructed a tower using candy corn and toothpicks. They discovered that a triangular base was more supportive than a rectangular one.

In this experiment, we saw just how the stem of the flower carries nutrients to the rest of plant. Using a white carnation, students used food coloring and observed how a once white flower took on the color of the water.
