Supply List

The following is a list of supplies that your child will need for 4th grade. You may purchase them at the store of your choice. Please be sure to bring everything on the first day of school.

I will be purchasing pencil cases and the portfolio folder. These are the only pencil cases and folders we will be using. Please no pencil boxes or other pencil cases or folders. The cost will be $15.00, which should be sent on the first day of school. If you are sending a check, please make it payable to St. Anthony of Padua Grade School.

**Materials with asterisks will be kept with the student to be used only by him/her.  They will need to be replaced as they are used up.

1 set of earbuds/headphones – Please put in a Ziploc bag labeled with your name

**2 individual (unscented) hand sanitizers (to be replenished throughout the year)**

**1 large container of Clorox/Lysol/store brand wipes (to be replenished throughout the year)

**1 box of tissues (to be replenished throughout the year)**

**1 roll of paper towels (to be replenished throughout the year)**

3 extra-large/jumbo book socks

1 box of crayons (24 count or less)

1 pair of scissors               

**2 packs of loose-leaf (filler) paper – wide ruled, not college ruled (to be replenished throughout the year)**

1 glue stick

6 yellow highlighters

**12 sharpened pencils – Amazon sells pre-sharpened pencils (to be replenished throughout the year)**

1 hand held sharpener with a cover 

** 6 blue ballpoint pens – no pens that click (to be replenished throughout the year)**

 **6 red ballpoint pens – no pens that click (to be replenished throughout the year)**

1 box of markers (8 or 10 count) No Sharpies permitted    

2 composition books – wide ruled, not college ruled and NO wire-bound   

   notebooks

1 roll of contact paper – This will be needed at home to cover all workbook/softcover books

  **All extra paper, pens, etc. will be kept in a bag at school with your child’s name on it so he/she can get extra supplies when needed.
