Global Compliance Tax Director

Position will be Hybrid or possibly Remote

Salary & Bonus will be commensurate with experience

We are seeking a results-oriented individual who has a thorough understanding of Domestic and International Tax

The position will report to the Vice President, Tax Reporting and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

Review, analyze and consolidate income tax provisions
Maintain and update the tax packages utilized for provision and compliance
Review and incorporate FIN 48 into the overall quarterly and annual tax provision
Handle consolidation and reconciliation of deferred tax assets and liabilities
Manage and consolidate quarterly updates, forecasts and budgets of pre-tax income/income tax provision for consolidated group
Manage special projects such as R&D tax credit studies
Assist with audits relating to Federal and the International area
Assist in reviewing updates of pre-tax income/income tax for tax budgets, forecast and forecast updates for all foreign subsidiaries
Mentor and develop team members

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting is required.
MS in Taxation, CPA, or LLM is strongly preferred.
At least 15 years of tax experience, predominantly in the tax accounting and compliance area; preferably a combination of Big Four accounting and large multinational companies with sales greater than $10 billion.
Very knowledgeable in tax provision both from a domestic and an international perspective including uncertain tax positions
