Everything is captured in 360. Use a tripod and the camera's timer or app so you won't be in the images.
Avoid personal and private info while recording. Everything is captured when using 360!
Indoor lighting will yield lower quality imagery
Place camera at eye level for realism and proper immersion.
Point lenses towards main interest of scene
Be careful! The dual lenses protrude from the camera and are easily scratched an cracked.
