Meet at 10:00 at the Graduate Community Center/Ray's Grill to walk over to the California Ave. Caltrain stop or meet at the stop directly. Train is at 10:42am and plan 10 min to buy tickets! We recommend installing the Caltrain or Clipper Card apps ahead of time.
Take a day trip to explore foggy city by the bay, San Francisco! We’ll hope for sun, while we explore the Ferry Building, Chinatown, Little Italy, and more! Student guides will help with transportation and lead a visit, but you’re welcome to explore on your own. Let’s plan on taking the 10:42 train from California Avenue. See you there! Questions? Meet outside the Graduate Community Center (GCC) . A popular and scenic 3.6 mile hike with slight incline and also the site of Stanford's radio telescope. Meet at the Graduate Community Center to walk over together. There's not a lot of tree-cover, so it's a good idea to bring a hat!
