SUBMISSION

Format

Paper submission is now closed. Papers are limited to eight pages, including figures and tables, in the CVPR style as per the conference guidelines. All papers are reviewed by at least two reviewers with double blind policy. Papers are selected based on relevance, significance and novelty of results, technical merit, and clarity of presentation. Papers will be published in CVPR 2026 proceedings. 

Submission process

• Submission site opens: Feb 7, 2026 (11:59pm AOE)

• Workshop paper submission deadline: Feb 27, 2026 (11:59pm AOE), extension March 1, 2026 (11:59pm AOE)

• Notification to authors: March 20, 2026 (11:59pm AOE)

• Camera ready deadline: April 10, 2026 (11:59pm AOE)

• Workshop: June 3rd, 2026

Best paper award

We are pleased to announce that our workshop will present a Best Paper Award, generously sponsored by Pangram. 

Submission Site

All the papers should be submitted through OpenReview (link). The authors must note OpenReview's moderation policy given below: 

• New profiles created without an institutional email will go through a moderation process that can take up to two weeks.

• New profiles created with an institutional email will be activated automatically.
