Forrest Etter - Forrest serves as the Director of Design and Construction Innovation at Prologis, a position he has held since joining the company in June 2019. In this role, he is tasked with optimizing processes and establishing global standards for design and construction, particularly focusing on technology-driven and sustainable solutions. He plays a key part in the Global Construction & Development organization, helping investigate and scale solutions for what Prologis calls the "warehouse of the future".
Before his current position, Etter held other roles at Prologis, including Manager of Construction Innovation and Manager of Construction Procurement. His career in real estate development and procurement began before his time at Prologis. From March 2016 to June 2019, he worked as a Development Manager at Lidl US, where he supported the company's expansion. Earlier in his career, Etter was a Real Estate Development Associate and a Procurement Analyst at Avery Dennison.
Etter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University in 2014. While at Duke, he participated in a DukeEngage volunteer program in Peru in 2012, where he helped design and construct clean-burning stoves in local homes. He is based in Prologis's Denver office.
