• What are the earliest drop-off and latest pick-up times for the summer camp?

Earliest drop-off time is after 8am, and the latest pick-up time is no later than 3:15pm.

• Are the camp activities educational or recreational?

The summer camp at school offers a balanced mix of educational and recreational activities to engage children while they have fun.

• Is lunch provided during the camp?

We have Food House company that provides snacks and lunch during the regular school day to support the camp.

• Is transportation provided for the camp?

Transportation arrangements are available in some area, but please contact us at least two weeks before the camp starts due to limited space.

• Are there any special requirements or equipment needed for the camp?

Specific activities may require children to bring items like swimwear and sports shoes. A list of necessary items will be provided before the camp begins.

• Can my child join the camp for only a few days?

Our summer camps encourage full-week participation to maintain consistency and provide the best experience for all children.

• How are medical emergencies handled?

Schools prioritize safety and have trained staff to handle minor injuries. Parents will be contacted for major medical emergencies. If your child requires medication during the school day, please contact us directly.

• Is there a dress code for the camp?

While there may not be a strict dress code, children are generally advised to wear comfortable clothes suitable for various activities. Closed-toe shoes are often required for certain sports or outdoor adventures.

• Can parents visit the camp during the program?

Parents may be allowed to visit on specific days or during designated times. It's important to respect the camp's schedule and guidelines for smooth operation.

• What does my child need to bring to school?

Sun hat, water bottle, spare clothes for Early Years, and a swimming costume on swimming days according to the timetable.

• How are allergies and dietary restrictions addressed?

Please inform the school about any allergies or dietary restrictions to ensure appropriate accommodations are made for your child's needs.

• What is the child pick-up policy?

Upon registration, each child will receive a student name tag and a parent tag. Parents will be asked to present the parent tag at the designated pick-up point near Gate One at the end of the camp day.

• Will the summer camp offer a refund policy?

     The summer camp will not offer a refund policy due to the confirmation process with various providers such as the ECA provider, food vendor, and resource     provider.

• Is there any possibility of receiving a refund in case of an emergency?

Yes, in case of an emergency, you can contact us directly, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The deadline for contacting us    regarding a refund will be the 16th of June before 1pm.

• What if my child falls sick during the summer camp? Can I get a makeup day or a refund?

Unfortunately, for cases of sickness, we are unable to offer makeup days or refunds.
