Sydney Sainté

After completing drama training at both NYU's Tisch School of the Arts (class of ‘14, GO VIOLETS!) and in the UK at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Syd received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Acting. In winter of 2014, she made her Off-Broadway debut, snagging a part in Roy William’s US-premiere of “The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner” at Atlantic Theater Company.

While the theatre is her first love, she decided to make a foray into film and television, moving to LA in 2015. Here began a new journey in which she acted in a few short films and in early 2019 she wrote and acted in her first film, “Bombs Bursting in Air” in early 2019, crowdfunding around $20,000 for production. She has also had two one-act plays produced by NYC’s Brunch Theatre Company, and always has a few scripts in progress.
