Ben Stanford is a playwright and composer in the MFA Playwriting program at Texas Tech University. He has studied piano, violin, voice, and music theory, and his compositions include the scores and lyrics for two original musicals. He also enjoys teaching creative and academic writing to all ages. Ben is a proud recipient of the J.T. and Margaret Talkington Graduate Fellowship and the Hoenig Theatre Artist Scholarship. As a Shakespeare fan and critic, he loved contributing a melodic layer to this wonderful production!
