My name is Deb Montgomery. I first began working for Stanislaus County Office of Education in 1997 as a para-professional. I continued my education to become a Teacher in 2004. I have had the honor of working with our wonderful students since then. I will always strive to maintain open communication with parents. My goal is to facilitate the growth and independence of each child that passes through my classroom. Together we will make this an exciting and productive year!

My fellow co-workers and I strive to provide the highest quality education for all our students. We all look forward to helping you to meet this moment by assisting you with any questions or concerns that may arise. I appreciate everyone’s willingness to adapt to the changes and challenges of virtual education. I speak not only for myself but for my colleagues when I say, we are all in this together!

Hello Everyone! My name Miss Lila. I have the pleasure of being one of the Paras in Mrs. Montgomery’s k-3rd grade classroom. I truly enjoy working with our awesome staff in the classroom and with our wonderful students online. Teaching and watching our kids learn, grow and try new things is an accomplishment for us all! I do hope that we can all return to the classroom soon. Until then, I would like to thank all of the parents and helpers for working with us and your children during this unique time. Your patience has not gone unnoticed! We will all learn, grow and have fun together!

Hello! My name is Maria Barocio and I have been working for SCOE for 12 years, but have been a Para-educator at Chrysler for 3 years. I enjoy working with children and teaching them as many skills as possible. I enjoy learning and sharing time with them and look forward to meeting all students, parents and staff this new school year to make it a great one.
