Greetings. My name is Gregg Eilers and I am proud to present my Leading Edge Certification journey as a Professional Learning Leader.

As I began my LEC experience back in February of 2017, I quickly realized that going through the PLL modules was going to challenge me to rethink my role as a trainer of adults. Each page represents the seven modules that were studied and will showcase the required artifacts for course completion.
